For over 20 years this has been the go-to hotel in Warsaw for my entire family and I.
Still very good, rooms are fine in general but showing some minor signs of wear. Breakfast superb and frankly difficult to beat.
Location is great, within walking distance of magnificent Old Town, Nowy Swiat, Zlote Tarasy etc.
One area for improvement however is with some of the staff members. Some are particularly dour and look...

A wonderful, historic hotel

We loved this historic hotel! From the beautiful reception area, to the lovely bar, to the luxurious rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the beds were great, and the bathrooms were nice with ample storage. The heated towel rack was a nice touch.

The bar & restaurant are excellent.
I had a late flight.. I was allowed to stay without no problem until 15.00 .

Lovely Hotel with Great View

Terrific hotel located in a prime spot very near shopping and Jewish Quarter. My room was quite small, but it was lovely. The view was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was very helpful. This older building is well taken care of. Love all of the flowers upon entry....

The hotel, itself, is beautiful. It is located in a great location. The staff, the rooms and the breakfast were wonderful....
