We had an excellent stay at Polonia Palace. The hotel is beautiful, clean and everyone that works there is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, we walked everywhere. The breakfast is very complete and delicious.
We visited the hotel with our nine month old baby and we were super comfortable. The room and all of the other hotel spaces were excellent....

This hotel really is excellent. Staff very helpful, breakfast fantastic, lovely & clean everywhere with great rooms. They even opened the sauna early for us on a Sunday. The hotel bar served tasty Pierogi & decent drinks....

A lovely newly-renovated hotel opposite the Palace of Culture and Science. What impressed me most is the friendliness and the competence of the staff. Paulina at the reception helped me with everything from booking spa treatments to helping me with the work station that I found also really great.
Our room on the 6th floor was very spacious albeit it was a loud in the morning because it was situated next to housekeep...

For over 20 years this has been the go-to hotel in Warsaw for my entire family and I.
Still very good, rooms are fine in general but showing some minor signs of wear. Breakfast superb and frankly difficult to beat.
Location is great, within walking distance of magnificent Old Town, Nowy Swiat, Zlote Tarasy etc.
One area for improvement however is with some of the staff members. Some are particularly dour and look...
