We booked five nights in what is advertised as the top tier accommodation, the penthouse, priced at over 2,000 per night. Hotel Warszawa is centrally located and is really quite excellent. It is just a 10 minute walk from both the Cental Station and Old Town. It is beautifully designed with a large comfortable check-in and spacious common area. The building itself is historical, and has been expertly renovated. Disappointing Stay at Hotel Warszawa

I stayed at Hotel Warszawa for one night in April 2025 and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The Junior Suite on the 7th floor was not properly cleaned there were spider webs in the ceiling corners, visible dust, and an unpleasant smell throughout the room. In the morning, there was no hot water available, making it extremely inconvenient before an early flight.

Im surprised this hotel gets such good reviews. Ive stayed there twice and these are the issues Ive had:
- the first time, I couldnt find slippers or a hairdryer. When I raised this wort reception the next morning they were quite passive aggressive with me.
- second time I visited, room smelled of sewage. Toilet area is full of water marks and clearly hasnt been fully cleaned for a while. I noticed when I got ba...

I have stayed in this beautiful design hotel in the center of Warsaw twice. Unfortunately I cannot confirm the enthusiasm of the first time because the service has worsened, as well as customer service. In addition, they should not allow small and noisy children to enter the spa, they do not allow you to relax as it should be in a spa area.
