Hotel Napa Plaza

Great location, amazing staff, food and drinks were excellent. Very clean, excellent all round. Good selection of food for breakfast. Bar staff were lovely and Yenis made us feel so welcomed. There were a couple of downsides Air con needs to be improved as was not very powerful and there was very little ventilation in the bathroom. The masseuse spoke for 20 mins during a 50 min massage in the spa. With all that being said I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel and pool, clean rooms, perfect location near to Nappa square. Friendly staff and great outlets specially the restaurants. Highly recommended. Yanni is the best staff in Napa plaza. 😃😃😃😃

Starting with our arrival at the airport, we have been received by a shuttle car sent by the hotel to take us from Larnaca to Ayia Napa. The driver was very respectful and had great knowledge, very helpful and amiable. Once arrived at the hotel the front office team received us amazingly kind and courteous. I must mention the fact that most of our stay was wonderfully arranged by Ms. Andri Theodorou, the Front Office Manager, which did everything in her power to make us feel special. She and her team make the stars of this hotel, but I don't want to forget mentioning their other staff in F&B and Housekeeping departments, which also ensured our stay will be memorable. Overall, our stay was over our expectations. Ayia Napa is not a place for people that look for quiet and relaxing time however, Napa Plaza Hotel is a jewel and gives you everything you need to enjoy a great holiday. Thank you very much all, we will be missing you! My cons re the hotel are not many and I understood why there were in place as not available or allowed as unfortunately, not all their guests respect or have enough commune sense to appreciate without damaging or misusing. I am talking about the fact that iron and ironing board are not available in the rooms nor allowed in the room, having a commune area for this and everyone must take his laundry there to iron it. Moreover, my other comment would be that there is no room service available except for filling up the minibar which I found it a bit strange. Other than that, everything was great.
