I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on a recent trip. Check in was easy and staff very friendly, the 1 bedroom apartment was very nice, big and clean. location was close enough to walk anywhere wee needed to go, and there was a few really nice restaurants very close by. I asked for a late checkout on the last day as I was not flying back to Australia until 9:30pm and the staff at reception gave me a very generous lat...

Within walking distance of the main station and close to a tram stop its ideally situated. The apartment was clean and of a decent size with a large bathroom. We have stayed in many Adina properties and would recommend....

Not a professional experience. The only thing this hotel had going for it was location - it was near the train station. The room was run down, the sofa was broken. There were mosquitos in the room, getting in through the air vents. The staff were unkempt, tired and grumpy - especially Nicolas who was rude to me; he had greasy hair and unwashed skin, and seemed angry to be there. The pool was freezing cold. The sauna ...

Family visit to see sights of Berlin

A fabulous location. Close to rail and trams. Ten min walk from Berlin central station. Fully equipped spacious apartment with a balcony. Bar staff were brilliant so friendly and attentive making us delicious cocktails. Nothing was too much trouble for them....

Deposit return failed

The stay was ok. The breakfast was descent. But you have to leave a deposit when you arrive which is fine. But we were told we could use that to pay for parking when we left. When we were leaving suddenly they couldnt do that. So I paid for parking and they said they were transferring the deposit to my account. Now over a month later still no deposit returned to me. Their support isnt to much help. They keep sendin...
