Visited here with my friend last week. Staff couldnt be friendlier. Rooms clean and great amenities. Great location too. Definitely recommend. Small shop right outside (cash only) and 4 min walk from the underground!...

Amazing hotel. Great staff, delicious breakfast, perfect vibe. Javier, (super efficient and equally as friendly GM) has put together an incredible team. Kevin, Nereida and Fabien at the front desk are the dream team of every hotel. Kind, always helpful, great resource of information, and all with a smile. Always glad to return to the Axel Berlin!...

The reception staff were very helpful and smiley, couldn't do enough for guests. We had breakfast included for the price you really cant complain. The room was basic with great shower facility and clean towels. I gave a four because we didn't get a good nights sleep in fact we left early. The guests had no consideration, slamming of doors loud talking. I understand people are having a good time but should have ...

We had a fantastic stay at Axel Hotel Berlin and would happily return. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and after long days out sightseeing, it was great to come back to such a comfortable space. The rooms were very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything felt well cared for.
