Stayed here for 3 nights July 2025 with my partner. Hed surprised me for my birthday back in March with a trip to Berlin and liked the look of this hotel. Check-in was easy and we received a nice welcome. Up in the room we had everything we needed, a nice clean room all smart and clean lines, blackout curtains and comfortable bed plus welcome lollipops which was a nice touch! Great Staff, Great Stay, Great Hotel

The hotel was fun and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and professional. I was greeted each time I walked by. The rooms division manager was helping someone and after their interaction she made it a point to walk around the desk just to say hello while I was waiting for the elevator. Fabien, Ishan and Nerbiop(sp?) were fantastic staffing decisions! Kudos to them!...

The hotel staff is so friendly and amazing. Its my first time in Berlin and theyve provided recommendations, ensuring that Im safe and taken care of. Javier was a doll at check-in. And Fabian was so helpful in the evening. I definitely recommend staying here....

i stayed there for 5 nights . Good location, nice hotel but the best is the staff, always smiling and willing to help and make you feel like home. Thank you to Kevin and Fabian for helping me with all changes and for their professionalism and smile. Giga at breakfast , Ishan and Milan at recoeption and also to housekeeping , sorry i dont know her name but there was a woman who each day was so nice wishing me a goo...

Visited here with my friend last week. Staff couldnt be friendlier. Rooms clean and great amenities. Great location too. Definitely recommend. Small shop right outside (cash only) and 4 min walk from the underground!...
