The location is a quiet area but I found it easy to get to where I was going . The staff are stand outs every single one them very polite, always helpful . The restaurant nextdoor is fantastic for a breakfast to set you for the day . The room has everything you need even a mini bar , complementary tea and coffee . Very comfortable . I enjoyed my stay and I am planning coming back next December . Atmosphere was calm...

This was my sixth visit to the hotel. Last year I celebrated my birthday and this year I returned to celebrate again because it was so successful. Unfortunately, the hotel was bad this time.
Do yourself a favor and just avoid coming. Noisy renovations at the hotel from 9am. The locker rooms on the spa floor are closed due to renovations. The jacuzzi didn't work - freezing water in winter and the sauna didn't work eit...

Straight Couple - Great Hotel

Hotel booked as part of a packaged holiday by my wife. We had some apprehensions after finding out it was primarily targeted to gay couples. Our stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and all interactions with other guests pleasant.
We decided to give the jacuzzi and spa a miss, we attended breakfast which had a good selection of cooked and continental.

Already stayed a Axel a few time as I like the gym and spa with the outdoor jacuzzi masthead location close to many LGBTQ+ places and Kudamm.
And had really pleasant check-in experience. Roksana was incredibly helpful at giving practical advice, providing loads of genuinely useful tips for restaurants and markets....
