Visited for 5 day's for a birthday treat for my hubby. Hotel really lovely modern and spotlessly clean. Staff really helpful and friendly Ana on reception helped us navigate Berlin giving us a map and pointing out where we were to all the famous landmarks so thank you Ana. I stayed at Catalonia Berlin Mitte for three nights during a company event. While I must say the staff were outstanding friendly, communicative, and genuinely helpful unfortunately, my overall experience at the hotel was far from what I expected for a 4-star establishment.

Great experience - Marathon stay

I stayed here for the Berlin marathon. This hotel was great! It was close to the trains. The hotel offers breakfast, which was worth it. I was able to run outside, but the gym was available in case I needed it. As for the rooms, they were spacious and the walls were not thin (that is important when trying to get good sleep)! Great location, within a short Uber ride to all the main attractions. Staff so friendly and reception very helpful. Big clean rooms with nice bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with good choice from the buffet and fresh pancakes and omelettes. The zoo and aquarium were a great day out too....

Beautiful hotel - located near to Subways within a 2 minute walk to the Underground and 7 minute walk to over ground trains - plenty of food places located near by . So its an ideal location - rooms beautifully decorated with air conditioning - tv - safe - kettle and tea and coffee making facilities- mini bar is really reasonable too - Beds super comfy.
