Extremely dirty room and even after letting the reception know they pretended to clean it but left it as dirty as it was.
My son who is suffering from respiratory allergies couldnt sleep at night....

Hotel was in a good, central location to see Berlin and all it has to offer. It was extremely clean, warm and welcoming. The check-in was excellent and the restaurant for breakfast had a lovely atmosphere. All the staff was pleasant and helpful....

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing from the start. Friendly and helpful check in staff welcomed us to the hotel, advising we had a free upgrade, the complimentary sweets, fruit and water were a wonderful surprise.
The room was huge, lobby with wardrobe and storage, then large bathroom, kitchenette area with table and chairs, large sofa, cosy chair and two single beds. The room was clean, warm ...

The Room was spacious with the added bonus of a kitchenette The Staff were friendly and the location was perfect with Checkpoint Charlie yards away and a three minute walk to the Topography of Terror...

Had a lovely stay. The room was lovely comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful with map, directions advise. It has a restaurant attached to it.
Breakfast was a lovely set up and they were helpful with allergen foods- in fact one of the hot drinks machine was already set up for no dairy milk.
It a great location for the tour bus literally less than a minute walk. Trains walking distance. And if you are able...
