The Room was spacious with the added bonus of a kitchenette The Staff were friendly and the location was perfect with Checkpoint Charlie yards away and a three minute walk to the Topography of Terror...

Had a lovely stay. The room was lovely comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful with map, directions advise. It has a restaurant attached to it.
Breakfast was a lovely set up and they were helpful with allergen foods- in fact one of the hot drinks machine was already set up for no dairy milk.
It a great location for the tour bus literally less than a minute walk. Trains walking distance. And if you are able...

We are a family of four, kids are 12 and 16yrs, and we stayed here over the Xmas period.
- Great location, close to public transport, fast food restaurants.
- Great customer service
- Great breakfast
- Good size rooms
- Comfy beds

Our overall experience at Garner was excellent, from the staff to the room layout. The design was very practical: a wardrobe and shelves for clothes and bags at the entrance, plenty of space at the vanity for the three of us to share, and a small but functional kitchen. We felt very welcome from the moment we checked in.

This is a great place to base yourself in Berlin. Our room was very clean and very comfortable and was serviced daily. Also, the room is very quiet.
The staff are outstanding. From check in we dealt with Noah who freely shared his knowledge of some of the things we wanted to see. Further, upon check in there was a slight issue with our booking which he sorted out immediately. And nothing was a problem when w...
