We stayed at this hotel while attending the ITB fair, and we couldnt have felt more comfortable. The facilities are excellent, and the staffs attention and friendliness made our stay even better.
The location is unbeatable, with great connections to public transport, making it very easy to get around the city.
Every time we come to Berlin, it truly feels like our home away from home. Highly recommended!...

When employee kill the business

My family and i came to celebrate my birthday. Nothing from the hotel even no happy birthday. But this isnt the problem. Unfortunately we came when the war between iran and Israel started so no flights back to Israel, we asked to stay more time in the hotel because we dont have a place to go. One of the nicest workers of you i think its matties tried to help and promised that in the next morning we will get answers...

OUTSTANDING FOR LOCATION, SPACIOUS ROOMS, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND FRIENDLY STAFF

WE HAD SEARCHED FOR A CENTRALLY- LOCATED HOTEL WITH A ROOM LARGE ENOUGH FOR GRANDPARENTS TO SHARE WITH A TEENAGE GRANDSON.
OUR TRIPLE ROOM EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS, WITH A KING SIZED BED SEPARATED BY SLIDING DOORS FROM THE ADJACENT TWIN BEDDED ROOM.
THIS ARRANGEMENT MEANT THAT WE WERE ALL ABLE TO SLEEP WELL IN THE VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS WITHOUT DISTURBING EACH OTHER.
BREAKFAST WAS A GREAT SELECTION OF FRESH HOT AND COLD...

My family of 5 stayed here in two rooms. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with products which was nice if you forgot to pack something. The reception staff was amazing and very helpful with check-in. Upon our arrival, our rooms were not ready and we were immediately offered the option to store our luggage while we ate lunch. This hotel was REMARKABLE! The staff was great, the breakfast excellent, and the location perfect for our needs. The room was great too, the only con (and the only reason why I don't give it five stars) is the bathroom. It's big and clean and all, and with a bathtub!, but partly being screened off by glass walls and a glass door.
