Nice hotel in an excellent location, you could use all type of transportation towards Berlin Mitte in very affordable cost. Very good breakfast and top quality food items brings you joy to plan your day ahead. The whole Hotel decorated with the wonderful Hollywood posters and looks pretty amazing ...

There is a room for improvement for business travelers. Receptionists couldnt provide me with an invoice. They told me that since I booked the hotel via booking app, then I must request an invoice from them. I totally disagree with such statement. ...

The rooms are fine, the breakfast is excellent and the housekeeping staff does a good job. Nevertheless, we would never book this hotel again. Although some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, others were unpleasant and hostile.
