Nice hotel in an excellent location, you could use all type of transportation towards Berlin Mitte in very affordable cost. Very good breakfast and top quality food items brings you joy to plan your day ahead. The whole Hotel decorated with the wonderful Hollywood posters and looks pretty amazing ...

There is a room for improvement for business travelers. Receptionists couldnt provide me with an invoice. They told me that since I booked the hotel via booking app, then I must request an invoice from them. I totally disagree with such statement. ...

The rooms are fine, the breakfast is excellent and the housekeeping staff does a good job. Nevertheless, we would never book this hotel again. Although some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, others were unpleasant and hostile. And there were frequent absences from the front desk, for example several early evenings when their good system for calling a cab would have been helpful. It took two days t...

My wife and I stayed here from October 2 through October 5. It was our second visit, and we generally like the hotel. This time, however, it was a somewhat mixed experience. Since we are light sleepers, we requested a quiet room before our arrival and reiterated that request at check-in.
