Very enjoyable stay. Part of a cruise package the had us at this hotel for 2 nights. Breakfast was incredible. Breakfast staff, especially Lucas was attentive to our every need. A must-stay if in Berlin!...

We couldn't fault our stay. Fantastic room, outstanding customer care and a lovely pool and spa which was a great way to relax after a day exploring Berlin. We chose to use pubic transport, which was easily accessible from the hotel with buses, metro and trains all within a short distance (the bus literally opposite the hotel. If we visit Berlin again, we would definitely stay here again. A lovely few days....

Green and comfortable

This hotel is very very green, with flowers and plants everywhere creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, breakfast is varied and good, and the linen is clean. Beds are comfy, and the rooms are spacious enough. Highly recommended....

Amazing hotel with great location, right next to the zoo and Tiergarden. Calmful spot. Spa is very nice, and the hotel rooms are updated and comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious....
