The hotel front desk was very rude, combative and unwelcoming. I aksed for an extra blanket and they told me to come down and get it instead of asking housekeeping to bring it to the room. The room did not have a tea cattle. I had to ask for it and they said it was not included in standard room - only in bussiness rooms. when i said free upgrade was included in our price they acted very suprised and said the hotel is...

Pleasant enough decor and room but the staff are not good and the food in the restaurant is diabolical, clearly microwaved, bought in meals.
We were informed on arrival that nothing was too much trouble, if we needed anything just ring reception and they would sort it. We had two extremely thin, soft pillows so rang reception for two more to be curtly ordered to go to reception then the phone went down.
