Weekend break to run The Berlin Marathon

My daughter & I booked with a running group to run The Berlin Marathon & were allocated this hotel. Reception very friendly on arrival. Room clean, beds comfortable & even though we overlooked the railway the soundproofing was excellent. Only used the restaurant for breakfast & there was plenty of choice.
I injured myself during the marathon & I was given an ice pack to help. Definitely recommend this hotel, central ...

Located near the train station, its ideal for business travelers needing quick access to the city. Clean rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and quiet surroundings helped us rest well between meetings. Great value for a no-fuss, productive trip....

Chose this hotel because it was convenient to the station. Very modern and clean with quiet rooms but the clever self check-in machine didnt issue a room card so had to go to the desk anyway; no tea or coffee facilities (I probably should have checked this when booking); and a bedside light that wouldnt switch off! (And arriving in the middle of the night we werent keen to wait for hotel maintenance so just too...

The location of the hotel is excellent, a couple of minutes walk from the main station and a good base to explore the city from (which we were mostly able to do on foot).
The bar area is really good, and big, and offers a good selection of drinks.
Staff very friendly and courteous.
Rooms clean, but functional, this hotel seems to be geared more toward a conference type of hotel rather than a leisure type of hotel...

Great hotel close to transit and walkable to many sights

After a stay in another hotel with barely functioning air conditioning, walking into the lobby of the Intercity Berlin Hbf was so refreshing. The lobby is large and modern and the rooms are clean and a perfect size and have fully functional air conditioning, despite daytime temperatures in Berlin reaching over 90 degrees during our stay.
