At check in my room was ready when I arrived at 1pm but I had to pay 20 euros to access it. Didnt make me feel too positive. The room is smallish but has everything you need and a bottle of sparkling water is good. Excellent breakfast that varied a bit too. Smart reception area. The restaurant closed at 8.30pm which was disappointing. I asked if the admittedly generous midday checkout could be extended by 30-60 min...

Staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room was very nice and clean. we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and the room is clean and tidy and we stayed there for 2 nights during our 2 night holiday in Berlin. Everything is done for the guests. They always run, fill up, are ready for the guests to bring something to the table, pay attention to cleanliness. I just think it's great here. air conditioning was non-functional and the sink was clogged

Upon arrival, I found the room's cleanliness to be substandard. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was non-functional and the sink was clogged. Although the receptionist assured me that maintenance would arrive within 15 minutes, no one ever showed up to address the issues, another call and another 10-15 , and nothing two days of terrible service ....

I have stayed at the Intercity Hotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof on many occasions. The property is well located, modern, and comfortable. I will not be staying again. This property now practises Nickel and Dime i.e., they wish to extract every last cent from the customer.
