Nice welcoming hotel staff. The hotel isnt that near Alexanderplatz, its a good 10-15min walk with not much of interest en route.
Theres a nice Italian around the corner and a supermarket, steak place too though didnt try that.
We used the train from the airport and then walked from Alexanderplatz station. Only cost around 10 euros for both of us though the train was very crowded and no seats (approx 45mins sta...

We stayed in the hotel at the end of October and beginning of November and it was our third stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough not only because of its great location close to Alexanderplatz which is the heart of the capital but mainly because of its always welcoming staff, great rooms and facilities and exceptional breakfast. Good 4 star hotel with easy travel links to rest of city

Excellent four star hotel about 15 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz in Berlin with public transport via the tram and bus to all areas of the city.
Good room - two twin beds pushed together to form a double - with TV (streaming options ie own Netflix), coffee machine, complimentary still water daily and in-room safe.
We didnt have breakfast in hotel - visited the cafe on opposite corner for a more authentic German ...

An excellent location for the hotel, wonderful facilities and staff make the stay high quality.
Breakfasts are well catered and value for money.
The rooms have a refrigerator, coffee, and tea facilities in the roomand the level of cleaning is high.
Great shower with spray options and endless hot water.
The air-conditioning in the hotel was faulting, so we had open safe windows and a fan in the room.
