Booked as a group on NH website which was cheaper than other sites. Great location near mainline station and U & S bahn, and within walking distance to many attractions. This is a very good hotel, with a great bar and friendly staff. We didn't have breakfast but there a number of cafes nearby and at the station. Definitely recommend...

Excellent hotel centrally situated to visit all the Berlin highlights. Staff were without exception, friendly, helpful and efficient, special shout outs to Regina in the foyer bar and Sophia on reception.
The room was very clean and the housekeeper kept it that way during our four night stay. It doesn't have the prettiest views but its position more than makes up for it....

This hotel has everything right. From the moment you check-in to the time you leave. Rooms are excellent, staff is very welcoming and the entire atmosphere is extremely pleasant. The location is also spot-on. We have been here three times now and the service level is constantly very high which is a great achievement. One minor thing is that in some rooms on the front of the hotel you'll hear some street noise but it'...

Check in was 2 hours late! Elevators were slow. Noise from outside van be heard at all hours from inside the room. We were on the top floor too. Could not reach reception by phone. The phone rang for many times with no pick up. Only 1 robe/slipper in the room when we went to tell reception she picked up the phone to tell someone while I was still talking. When we got back to the room there was still only 1 rob/slippe...

This hotel was amazing for many reasons. Perfect location - close to so many things and the train station on the doorstep made it easy to go anywhere that was too far to walk to. The staff were always friendly. The room was lovely and big with a comfortable bed, amazing shower, great coffee machine and very quiet ( except when opening windows for some fresh air but that's to be expected).
