Great hotel. The customer service was exceptional. Concierge David and Front Desk Sara went out of their way to help us ship something home. Thank you to them! We had an interior room. While it would have been fun to watch the trains, I'm sure it would be noisy. The hotel is centrally located. You can walk to Museum Island and all the major sights. Great location. Our junior suite was nicely appointed and very clean. We were on the first floor, one level above the street, across from the train and subway station, so there was noise. A higher level floor would be preferable. Hotel had a nice bar, a concierge, and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing, from the dish ware to the food and service! Great location and spacious. Next to station but trains dont seem to run after about 11, and they werent overly loud anyway. Lots of eateries nearby and cafes. Easy walk to the Palace theatre....

A great stay at a fantastic hotel! We came for 3 nights to explore Berlin. The hotel is next to Freidrichstasse station which has a direct service (S9) to and from BER airport. Centrally positioned for all the main Berlin places of interest. The hotel is modern and welcoming and the room was comfortable and immaculate.
