Lovely hotel and I chose this hotel as I had stayed previously and had great service.
Big thanks to Sara and Tania who were so welcoming and courteous and made our check in and hotel experience really good. We were recommend places to eat and information on tourist spots and how far they were etc.
Hotel is right outside the subway station so if coming from the airport, take the S9 line to Spandau and get off at fri...

Only criticism no smart TV

We have stayed in a an NH hotel
Before so pleased to say not disappointed again
My only criticism is that no smart TV so for an English person in Berlin relaxing to watch TV in Evening was not really possible unless you wish to watch BBc news all night...

Furniture and fixtures are worn, callbacks were missed, my key card was deactivated without notice, and items went stolen from my room. I lost count of how many times I had to go to reception....

Perfect for a few days in Berlin

Spent 4 nights in the hotel. The room was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location next to train station and no more than 15mins from the major tourist attractions....

We stayed here for 3 nights and chose it primarily due to the excellent reviews.
Just across from the station it is so central to all the sights and the two guided tours we had booked began from nearby. We got the train from the airport which was very straightforward.
