The worst hotel I have ever seen. If you care about cleanliness, never visit this hotel. The rooms, the bathroom, the bed sheets, the kittle, everything was dirty. Even worse, when you ask them to come to clean, they dont even clean properly, I had a spider in my room and some other insects that I dont even know, there lying on my room floor, and stayed there everyday despite them coming and cleaning my room. Hotel staff with smile and style. Room was always clean and hotel location is excellent. Breakfast might have a bit more choices. In total hotel is recomended from side for stay in Berlin....

To start with the bes. It is a great and centric location. The rest was not a nice experience. Rooms very tony and not super clean. Furniture and doors were damaged. 50% of the staff unfriendly. Extras very expensive. Garage has only 12 seats out of which 3 were under construction and not accessible....
