Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and easy access to public transport

We stayed for two nights to attend a concert at the Uber Arena. The hotel is on the same U-line as the arena, so despite it being some distance away it was really easy to get to the concert.
The hotel was lovely, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area had a relaxed atmosphere and did not ever seem to be too busy. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to...

The worst hotel I have ever seen. If you care about cleanliness, never visit this hotel. The rooms, the bathroom, the bed sheets, the kittle, everything was dirty. Even worse, when you ask them to come to clean, they dont even clean properly, I had a spider in my room and some other insects that I dont even know, there lying on my room floor, and stayed there everyday despite them coming and cleaning my room. Hotel staff with smile and style. Room was always clean and hotel location is excellent. Breakfast might have a bit more choices. In total hotel is recomended from side for stay in Berlin....
