A great stay.

Spent 3 nights at The Scandic. Super clean and efficient. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely standard room with very comfortable bed and mini fridge. Breakfast was excellent. So much choice and all organic. A visit to the bar is a must. Will definitely return....

Poor customer service response to force majeure circumstances

I have not yet stayed at this hotel, as my visit was cancelled due to circumstances entirely beyond my control. I am leaving this review solely to document my experience with the hotel's customer service.

Great location in Berlin with Potzdamer Platz, U-Bahn, Brandenburger Tor, Unter den Linden within walking distance. The hotel has their own parking garage...

We spent three nights here and generally had a good stay. The location is OK. It's a pretty far walk to get to some of the sights, but you are located near a shopping mall and restaurants. The room was large and seemed generally clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could stand to be updated. You have to climb into the bathtub to take a shower, and it was difficult. The hotel is absolutely worth it. Strategically located with many restaurants around. The Berlin Mall is also just about 10-15 mins walk from there.
Reception is top notch. The rooms are top quality. I would definitely recommend. If I ever return to Berlin, I am definitely staying there! ...
