Here with a friend, we each have a room on 4th floor, reception let us check in early which was super helpful as wed been up since 5am travelling. Easy to find by a busy tram stop where lots of different teams converge. Rooms are large, with excellent ensuite shower rooms and strong water pressure, tea and coffee (no fresh milk or biscuits) provided with two bottles of water in a mini fridge. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt at home. The staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. There was a wide variety of choice at breakfast and it was lovely. Would highly recommend a stay at the hotel. Within walking distance of a number of attractions....

I had a really scary and bad experience with my taxi driver on the way from the airport, I.B from the hotel staffing supported me in the best way and walked more than the extra mile!
From the worst taxi ride ever, to the best hotel experience ever thanks to that.
Forever grateful...
