Dont expect more than one pillow

Did you know asking for an extra pillow was unreasonable??? Apparently they were fully booked therefore each room had ONE pillow per bed and they couldnt find another pillow should you request one!?!? I find this quite unbelievable as Two pillows is not an unusual request. Upon asking we were told they would be sent up, 1.5hrs later we were told they had no pillows! when going to ask we were told the above! I m...

I had a pleasant stay at Titanic Comfort Mitte. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options to start the day right. One of the best things is the location its very close to the metro station making it easy to explore Berlin. Overall, a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again....

Not luxury but comfortable

Nice hotel near all the sites in Mitte. Small rooms with shower . I booked 2 rooms for myself and my daughter not big enough for 2 people . Clean and quiet considering the location . Close to all the areas in Berlin within walking distance ....

Breakfast amazing. Beds very comfortable. Hotel and rooms spotless. Showers were superb. Broken lamp and two broken lights. NO PILLOW PROTECTORS! I was shocked. Pillows were stained. only one pillow each. Towels were tiny! Staff were faultless apart from night manager on the Wed 17th and Thu 18th Sept. Forced us off the terrace at 9.15, both nights, and said we had no right to sit there because we didn't bu...

Nice hotel, with underground station very close. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Room was on the small side but well appointed and very clean bed was very comfortable. Reasonable walking distance to the main tourist attractions....
