Fantastic hotel in the centre of Berlin. All the major attractions are within a 20 minute walking distance of the hotel, making it an excellent location for a stay in Berlin.
Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast selection was excellent!
Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again!!...

Beautiful hotel in general. Greeted warmly from staff. Great service in the bar and breakfast area. Decor is titanic cruise style. Lovely spa. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was top notch. Breakfast is plentiful and a fresh. Quiet room. Cannot beat the location! 10 minutes in any direction and youre where you need to be!

This beautifully decorated hotel is in a fabulous location to explore the city, the room was perfect for a short stay, just enough room and with an incredibly comfortable bed.
Unfortunately due to renovations in the adjoining restaurant, this was closed (which wasnt mentioned at the time of booking) but with plenty of other restaurants to choose nearby, this wasnt a major issue. But what was a problem was the noi...

Very bad experience in this hotel. Avoid it at all costs. After an enjoyable stay I found numerous unauthorised charges on my bill. Upon check in I agreed to an early check in fee of 40 but the receptionist added an UPSELL UPGRAGE CHARGE OF 200! In addition, while I had booked breakfast included, they added two charges of 24 per day for breakfast to my bill! The very rude reception manager refused to remove these ...
