Very central hotel you can walk to all the markets and tourist points classic rooms are a bit small and do not have drawers for you put bits in pillows soft but slept well, only had breakfast and a couple of drinks in hotel as there is a lot to do centrally went to the ice bar great experience, lovely boat trip down the river great views but u do need to get a cab to boat. Taxi from airport is 65 euros takes about 45...

Simply the BEST!!!! The BEST location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast!!! This hotel is situated right across from a most amazing Christmas Market. It is also walking distance to many tourist attractions!!! Thank you to the amazing concierge, front desk staff, restaurant hosts and staff and cleaning staff. You work together to provide excellent service!!!...

Check-in at 9:30 p.m. took a quarter of an hour because they couldn't find my booking. At first, I thought I would have to leave again. It remained unclear until the very end whether the booking had arrived. Even though I provided proof via app and email, they ignored it.
I was then told that I could indeed stay overnight at hrs rates! The person at reception said they would look into what had gone wrong. No response...

Firstly the points are for the reception staff as they were very professional and a credit. The room cleaning however, fell very short. We had a five day stay and were supplied with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths on the first night. I used a face cloth to be washed and the next day it was not replaced. We had put the two hand towels and the other face cloth to be washed on the 3rd day, again not repla...

I really liked this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Beautiful design, a cool bar to hang in during the evening and the spa (which is free to use) was fantastic after a day of touring. My room was large for a European hotel, lot of comfort / convenience pieces like lighting options and coffe/tea in room, mini bar. Comfortable bed and great design. The spa was just the best though. Really relaxing and luxurio...
