Very bad experience in this hotel. Avoid it at all costs. After an enjoyable stay I found numerous unauthorised charges on my bill. Upon check in I agreed to an early check in fee of 40 but the receptionist added an UPSELL UPGRAGE CHARGE OF 200! In addition, while I had booked breakfast included, they added two charges of 24 per day for breakfast to my bill! The very rude reception manager refused to remove these ...

Great location and stylish hotel. Beautiful rooms with nice amenities from
Rituals. Breakfast selection is good although not everything looked very appetising. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They renovate the restaurant at the moment, therefore no possibility to eat at the hotel besides breakfast but renovation are announced to be only a few weeks. They keep the noise level down and I didnt hear anything i...

This hotel is beautiful, so stylish and immaculate with a lovely welcoming feel. The location is great, especially for all the tourist sites, all in walking distance. The staffs are friendly and very professional. Highly recommended ....

Lovely, well kept, quiet, excellently positioned property just off Gendarmenmarkt, on Franzosische strasse, near everything including the Hoho busses stop (unmarked, on the corner of the square by the dome) . Friendly and understanding correspondence prior to arrival, quick and efficient check in, lovely, clean equipped room with comfortable twin beds as asked and huge bathroom with walk in shower, also as requested....

Great hotel, visited just before Christmas with my husband and teenage daughter.
Easy to find, very central for major Berlin attractions and very close to museums - we could walk everywhere.
Had a suite which was very spacious and absolutely spotless.
All staff were very efficient.
The only downside is organisation at breakfast. Guests are not seated by staff and it is very busy (so couples are seated at larger table...
