Fantastic location as others have mentioned, with both Tram and Train stations (and taxis) right on the doorstep. Reception staff friendly and welcoming.
However, the rooms let the place down. We had to be moved from the first room as it genuinely stank of sewage and the fridge didn't work. And despite a previous reviewer mentioning the lack of CNN (or any English speaking news channel) and management acknowledging ...

This hotel is massive. It's connected to a conference center or public transportation. Several restaurants, lots of nice seating areas and nice suze rooms. Very busy area....

We were worried that this hotel was going to be similar to a budget chain like Travelodge. This couldnt have been further from the case. This was one of the best places we have stayed at.
The hotel is really classy inside and is absolutely massive. There are several restaurants, including a panoramic sky bar and cozy cocktail bar. There is a spa and wellness centre.

Brilliant staff very helpful. Great location as transport into the city centre right outside. Clean rooms and spacious. Comfy bed. Facilities brilliant and food lovely....

Exceptional customer service from the receptionist and room service staff. When I came to the hotel, I had forgotten my passport at home and they required a passport in order to check in at the hotel, but they made an exception which was very nice. I also ordered room service x2, one for dinner and one for dessert. They charge 5 euros per time you order room service, but they disregarded my one charge, which was also...
