Stayed here for 2 nights with my family in 2 rooms. Issues started from the time we reached the hotel - no proper ramps to pull our trolley bags inside. Had to carry them some steps! Check-in was okay.
Room was very, very average. And quite small. Some amenities like a kettle, coffee/tea satchets. Internet worked fine. However, the AC did not work AT ALL! The room was very warm! I called across someone from the hot...

I was lucky enough to stay in this hotel as part of a tour of Berlin with Leger - it's a really great hotel marred only by a few issues.

What a wonderful hotel! Clean, comfortable could not fault the accommodation at all!
The staff were so helpful and kind, from the management to reception. Nothing was too much trouble - already planning to come back to visit for the Xmas Markets, thanking you much for a wunderbar guest experience....
