Brilliant staff very helpful. Great location as transport into the city centre right outside. Clean rooms and spacious. Comfy bed. Facilities brilliant and food lovely....

Exceptional customer service from the receptionist and room service staff. When I came to the hotel, I had forgotten my passport at home and they required a passport in order to check in at the hotel, but they made an exception which was very nice. I also ordered room service x2, one for dinner and one for dessert. They charge 5 euros per time you order room service, but they disregarded my one charge, which was also...

One of the worst experiences of my life. Key card didnt work 3-4 days we were there. Had to be let into our room by security 3 times. Finally moved to a lesser quality room on 7th day. Couldnt access CNN in the new room. Offered cheap comps for our troubles. Never again...

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this was an experience. Friendly helpful staff, quick help if needed, a quiet, clean, spacious room and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. I didnt book breakfast or eat there but for good value accommodation with transport option right outside, its a find....
