Strong fundamentals undermined by rigid systems and lack of empowerment

I am currently staying at Wilde Apartments Berlin (Apartment 405) and have been a guest for over one month. My primary residence is in Zurich, and my business requires me to travel to Berlin on a recurring monthly basis, making a stable long-term accommodation partner essential. I approached Wilde in late summer to establish a corporate agreement based on annual volume.

Had a wonderful stay here in Berlin. We went to see the xmas markets and really enjoyed the stay. The positioning is great for local restaurants and a few bars, and a short walk to the hop on hop off bus stop at Checkpoint Charlie. The flat was clean, and warm and had all the amenaties needed for a 4 night stay. The staff were all very helpful and always so polite and cheerful. I would recommend a higher floor...

These apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. We had two apartments over three nights due to an issue with a room. We had a one bed for the first night and our son had a single sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom was 'jack and jill' so with access doors from both the bedroom and lounge. The main bed is a super king size, with a firm mattress. Each bedroom has a safe.

These apartments are located in a fabulous central location.
We had an early flight so arrived early here and left our stuff while we went for a look around the local sites.
All the stuff weve dealt with were lovely and friendly.
The only thing is the room is incredibly warm. They do provide a fan above the bed and a Dyson fan for you to use but we did sleep with the window open at all times.

Beautiful, stylish apartment in great location

Stayed here for 3 nights with family. I had emailed before arriving and my questions had been answered promptly. The apartment is styled beautifully and is spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. It's in a great location for a base to explore Berlin.
