Great location, but a few disappointments with the customer service.
To preface, we previously stayed at the Paddington location and had an excellent experience, which is why we chose to book here. We checked in early and were initially placed in a room that wasnt ideal, but to their credit, staff moved us to a better room and refunded the early check-in fee.

The location of this hotel is perfect just a few minutes walk from checkpoint Charlie and many more city attractions. When we arrived we were told our two bedroom room had been damaged by water and that they could move us to the same size room with one bedroom instead, which was not a major issue as the beds were both behind a wall as me and my partner were sharing with my dad. We have just spent 4 lovely days in Berlin.
Our stay at the Wilde Apartments was really nice and well worth the money. The team of staff there were very welcoming and very helpful.
It was very clean, kitchen had everything you could need, luxury toiletries were provided, all beds were made for our arrival and very comfy.
It was lovely to come back to, at the end of our long days exploring.

Perfect base to explore Berlin.
Most of the city centre was within easy walking distances. But you could avail of 4 different U-Bahn stations, too.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby that you can walk back from. No need to order taxis or even take the U-Bahn.

We stayed here 26-29 Dec. Would have booked a 1 bed apartment if wed have know that the sofa bed was actually a twin bed set up. We opted for a two bed not knowing this and requested the top floor (3rd) for a good view. The team accommodated this without any issue. Very clean and warm. No issue with noise inside.
