Great location, by the river (especially good in summer), with great views and good access to public transport and more in the area. Nice spacious rooms with cool decor and excellent bathrooms; not the usual corporate blandness, and good facilities with fridge and nespsesso machine. Daily service of the rooms is great as many hotels no longer seem to do this. Friendly staff too...

The hotel is very nice and the staff are quite friendly. The welcome was also quite warm. The room was exactly as shown on the website. However, the cleanliness was very poor: during our entire stay (four nights), they only made the bed... the bathroom and room were never cleaned, and the towels were never changed. The breakfast was good and plentiful, but much more savory than sweet....

Lovely stay at this quirky hotel in an interesting area of Berlin. Very friendly and helpful staff with special recognition for Tim on reception who went above and beyond to assist us with tickets to an event - thank you..
Comfortable and clean room, nice selection at breakfast. Will be back!...
