Pleasant stay in a recently renovated hotel in a clean room with comfy bed

We were recognized as Platinum members upon check-in and our room was upgraded which we really appreciate. The front desk staff was helpful during our entire stay. The room it self was clean and large. The bed was comfortable as was the bath and shower area. Easy to find, easy to park. Location is good. Services neat.
Room is big. Clean, but very warm (no airco) and a bit outdated bathroom.
Breakfast is decent. Price/quality is there.
Laundry truck with a lot of noise under my window in the night, therefore would choose another stay next time....

The hotel rooms have no AC, and you cannot open the windows, which makes the rooms extremely hot even in moderate outside temperatures. I couldn't sleep for the whole night I was there. The king-sized bed is essentially made by pulling two singles together, so it's uncomfortable to sleep in the middle. No tissues were provided in the room, and I had to ask the front desk to get some. The staff are Ok. Overall, I don'...

Stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter,hotel is in a good location with 10 min walk away from metro.Very clean throughout all public areas but in the bedroom housekeeping standards were not as good. cardboard cups provided on the room hospitality tray are not acceptable (not environmentally friendly, burn fingers trying to hold when have a hot beverage in them), neither was it nice to see dirty cup left on the tra...

This hotel is very well located on Avenue Louise in Brussels, with convenient parking available. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was varied and offered plenty of options. Highly recommended!...
