The location was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The only issue was with housekeeping, as the bedding was not changed during the 6-night stay and...
However, the hotel staff apologized and handled the situation kindly. Because of their attitude and great service overall, a return visit is definitely planned.

Nice clean hotel with a big comfy bed. Its well sound proofed , good shower and the main British tv channels . Hotel staff are efficient and helpful. We will definitely return here on our next Belgium trip ....

So we booked this hotel because it said it had parking and we drove from Germany. When we arrived we couldnt enter the parking garage and had to find parking elsewhere. Luckily we found a parking garage close by. At the front theres a car that looks like its been parked there forever. Its really dusty with free Palestine written on it. Upon checking in, the gentleman said our car wouldnt fit in their parking gar...

Great Location but something lacking

The hotel placed well close to restaurants and city centre (all walking distance), however, this does not match up to other NH hotels... Staff managed the best they can......
