the hotel has a service does not qualify as 4 stars.
Here is a list of part of my complaints:
No power outlets in the room
Toilet flushing not working properly
elevators not working properly
breakfast:
The bread at is TERRIBLE, and this is a country with fantastic bread.
same with cheese, one cut variety, poor and cheap
cold cuts the same
fruit: a fruit salad that looks dead

The hotel was quite nice but the room was very small and a bit cramped. Bathroom was really good though loads of space. There was sufficient plugs and ports to connect charging cables etc. Not much else to add it was decent. ...

Lovely hotel close to city centre & transport links if you dont fancy walking. Room was clean and had tea/coffee making facilities. We were on 2nd floor and were not disturbed at night as we faced a quiet road. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Its buffet style so we were well able to fill up for the day. The Hotel is situated just off the Stephanie shopping High Street. Close to metro and Tram station.
Friendly staff and efficient check in.
I got room 304 which is a spacious room facing a quiet street. It a toom which is clearly ment for business travelers, comfy big bed semi entrance hall with wardrobe, but door had no additional safety lock options. The room was clean, but obviously has had its best time. And had c...
