Stunning hotel it is spotless and the lovely staff. The location is perfect cannot fault this beautiful hotel I would definitely recommend a visit here. Is it a 5 star yes it very much is a 5 star hotel...

We came to Budapest specifically to enjoy a luxurious hotel.
We enjoyed every moment, excellent service starting from the reception desk, the staff at breakfast and every time we went down to sit in the lobby.
Excellent breakfast, preparation of personal dishes for each guest except for the serving bar. All coffees are excellent in taste and manner of serving.
Every day at 4:00 PM there are two hours of serving drink...

Nice hotel, nice staff, excelent breakfast, good location, good price, big rooms. They have also lactose and gluten free options. Beautiful evening with live piano concert. Recommended....
