Great Hotel With Wonderful Staff

The hotel was excellent, although the lobby bar did shut rather early in the evening. Fortunately, the rooftop bar didn't!
Unfortunately, I had an accident while I was at the hotel. I collapsed and hit my face and head badly on one of the walls in the lobby. The staff were wonderful, and so helpful, as was an off-duty nurse who happened to be there. Everyone was so understanding and helpful in patching me up. I did h...

Nice young staff, rich and delicious breakfast, super clean and quiet, wonderful location. I recommend it for people who come to explore the Hungarian capital....

Small rooms but all the others are wıonderful

The service is good; everything is clean and new. The staff are much better than the other Hungarian service attendants. I wish the people were more friendly, polite, and had happy faces in such a beautiful country. The major problem is that the rooms are too small....

Pluses: The room is on the small side but manageable for one person. The mattress is very firm, great for back support and a good nights sleep. Aircon works and windows are sound proofed. Staff were very helpful and efficient in calling a cab for my departure to the railway station.

Hotell near to the centrum and Donau.

Very good communication center just outside the hotell about 200 meters both busses and train. From our room we could see the Donau river and one of the bridges of Budapest. We liked the comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom....
