A great hotel. In a quiet area a 2 min walk from Jamie Oliver restaurant. In the castle hill area. If u like walking all day around a city and retreating to a quiet historical area later this is for u. There is a nice little shop up the hill from the funicular and a hookah bar look right at the funicular. Across the road there is steps to the fisherman's. Bottle of wine n sandwich not bad here. I would stay again ...

Recently stayed here for 3 nights rooms 202/203 . Very clean and comfortable and nothing if requested was too much trouble . Lovely lady who cleaned the rooms always happy and smiling .
Szabi at front of house gave excellent customer service and hospitality , he was friendly and interesting to talk to and gave good advice .
We chose the breakfast option which gave a reasonable selection fresh fruits , cake , us...

We stayed here in early January and had a lovely holiday.
The staff were all very friendly and our room was huge. We stayed on the top floor (only 2 floors I believe) and it was very quiet, we only heard other guests once which was perfect for us.
It was so cold and snowy the week we were there, but our room was very warm, we turned the heating right down and only noticed any kind of chill on the last day (it was m...

We stayed here over new year and was a fantastic base. It is minutes walk from the fisherman bastion which has fantastic views of the city. Hotel room was not super fancy but nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was all very nice albeit not a massive selection. Only thing to note is that if you walk here from anywhere it is up a big hill. The tour was fun, enriching and enjoyable. With Saurav as guide, we didn't feel the time. He gave nice stories, jokes and we learnt a lot about the castle district....
