Lovely hotel, friendly staff

This is a lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Flora chatted to us at breakfast and recommended the Hungarian breakfast which I then had every morning....

Wonderful stay again!

This was my second stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest, and once again it exceeded expectations. Last year I visited with my wife, this year with friends, and both stays were excellent.
What really makes this hotel stand out is the warm and attentive staff. We also loved the small personal touches waiting for us in the room on arrival. The breakfast is outstanding, with plenty of choice and great quality....

Great place to stay in beautiful Budapest

Very much enjoyed my stay in Budapest. Nice rooms, fantastic breakfast and attentive staff. Unfortunately we unexpectedly had to leave very early in the morning due to exceptional weather conditions in Amsterdam but were surprised by the hotel staff who prepared breakfast packages. Excellent value for money....

Great stay in a large, beautiful room

We stayed here last February with our younger son in a triple room.
Beautiful, comfortable large room in a nice hotel as expected of Crowne.
Nice breakfast spread as well.
Hotel is located within a short walking distance to the metro station....

Although we have been very satisfied with the hotel Crpwn Plaza Budapest so far, it seems to us that it gets better and better with each new arrival.
The greatest asset of this hotel is the exceptionally good staff.
At the reception, we were welcomed as if we were close relatives. Friendly and expeditious.
