Crowne Plaza Budapest - "Simply Amazing"

In all of our travels the Crowne Plaza, Budapest is one of the best Hotel chains in the world. It is centrally located, simply walk through one door at the rear of the foyer and you are in the largest shopping area in the city. Our room was extremely spacious, restaurant was superb, breakfast we were spoilt for choices. Staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay. A special shout out to Mark who on our last ...

Amazing hotel, lovely and clean, fantastic amenities and high quality products in the room. Very welcoming atmosphere and looked beautiful with all the Christmas decorations. Ideal location to explore Budapest. Perfect breakfast with lots of choice. Efficient and friendly staff, special thank you to Fiorella who welcomed us every morning at breakfast, she is really kind and helpful...

Great location but watch the "upgrades"

I picked the hotel because of the location (next to the train station).
I booked a King Standard room, but upon Check-in we were "upgraded" to a Queen room on the Club floor. After settling into our room I decided to visit the Club Lounge only to discover that my key didn't work. I went to the Front Desk to ask about it and was told that because we were upgraded to the Club floor we didn't have access to the Loun...
