We were very impressed with the Grand Savoy hotel when we stayed recently for three nights. We were travelling by train and took tram 4 or 6 to a nearby stop, though there is a metro station close by too. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful and so too were the catering staff in the breakfast area. The design of the hotel in general was very modern and stylish inside, quite a contrast to the facade. ...

The hotel was very clean and perfect for families. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The location is excellent, with metro and bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around the city. A special thanks to the blonde lady at the reception she was very friendly, polite, and answered all my questions clearly. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Budapest....

My sister and I stayed for 3 nights in a twin room. Communication with the hotel was good from the moment we booked. We found the staff on reception, behind the lobby bar and at breakfast friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk from the hotel to all of the attractions and areas we wanted to visit....

Hotel 25 mins from airport in taxi.
Reception staff very helpful
Upgraded our room as it was our wedding anniversary
Complimentary drinks
Brilliant hotel walking distance to the New York cafe (do not waste your time going, take a photo and leave) and the ruin bars.
The hop on hop off bus pick up point 5 mins walk away.

Excellent Hotel, Stay and Breakfast in Budapest!

Hotel was excellent! Great stay and room, plus AMAZING breakfast! Staff was extremely friendly, and place was really nice. Very modern with nice touches. Parking was even convenient, which is sometimes hard to find. Also, one of the biggest pluses here that most places dont have is there is a workout room and sauna..! Was an incredible plus! All good things to say!!...
