Id just like to say, I am the first person to moan about absolutely anything that isnt as expected.
This hotel is absolutely phenomenal. The location is brilliant. If you want to spend most of your days at the river attractions and dont like walking, Id avoid the hotel but only on a location basis. What a lovely hotel!
The staff are all so friendly and helpful.
We stayed in a triple room which was a good size. The sofa bed was larger than a single bed. The room has its own heating / air conditioning control. There is a mini bar / fridge. There is a coffee machine plus a kettle.
The bathroom has a fabulous rainfall shower which was lovely and hot.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt taken care of. I would especially like to thank the team for the lovely birthday gift, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Had a super great experience at the hotel , i had a problem with my room in the first night and they kindly helped and upgraded the room , breakfast was really good and they offered me more halal options , staff very kind...

EST Grand Savoy is a wonderful hotel. Hospitality is great. As a family of 17, including grandparents, parents, and grandchildren, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for eight nights and enjoyed their delicious, varied breakfast every day. They prepared a special Christmas Eve dinner for us....
