Lovely hotel. Very happy with our stay. Breakfast was excellent and varied with a range of hot and cold options including fruit, bacon, sausage and eggs, meats and cheeses, cereal and cakes and pastries. Staff were all really friendly and hotel was in a great location , about 15 mins walk from liberty Bridge and around 20 minutes to main shopping area....

Privacy Breach and super uncomfortable stay

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and a friend and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. It began at check-in but what happened next was shocking. After we settled in after initial check in inconvience, my husband and friend stepped out while I was resting. Stayed at Pallazo Zichy in 2015 and had a wonderful experience.
Returned for a second visit in November 2025 and it did not disappoint. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is immaculately clean, breakfast was very well presented and had a great selection.
The complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge is a nice touch and was great after a day of sightseeing.

We stayed at Palazzo Zichy hotel for 8 days and highly recommend it. Location was very good: beautiful, quiet and close to main attractions with excellent restaurant just across the street. We really liked the breakfast selections. Stuff is very nice, answering any questions which helped us navigate though the best what Budapest has to offer. Felt like a Count in a Palace

I ran the Wizz Air Budapest Half Marathon and was glad I stayed here before the race. It is only like a block away from tram 6 and 4 which will get you to most places, plus you connect with the tram 2 which runs along the Danube. The hotel was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, and there was free coffee in the lobby. The employees were great and everything was clean....
