The hotel has several shortcomings.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room: clearly the housekeeping service isnt working, as dust had accumulated on the desk surfaces, and it seems the afternoon turndown service isnt even provided (which is mandatory in a 4-star hotel). The air conditioning wasnt working. We would have liked to heat the room, but there was no way to do so. We reported the problem to the...

The hotel is great. Location is great with good access to public transport, nice couple of bars and restaurants nearby but not too close as to disturb you. The architecture is beautiful too.
Bed very comfortable.
What really makes this place stand out though is the exceptional staff.

Beautiful Hotel

A lovely hotel situated close to bars and Restaurants. A beautiful church next door which plays musical bells every hour. Staff really helpful. Breakfast every morning with hot and cold food. No restaurant for Lunch or evening meals.Rooms are massive and very comfortable. Only strange thing is no bar which is unusual. But a great place and we loved our stay....

I stayed with my wife at the Euroclass Palazzo Zichy from 08 03 26 until 11 03 26 and I was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Budapest We arrived over 3hrs before our scheduled check in time and the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived until the moment we left . Great hotel, very clean and tidy! The hotel staff were lovely and they had a sauna in the basement, we didn't realise otherwise we would have taken our costumes. Great location walking distance to lots of amenities. We opted for room only so didn't eat at the hotel as lidl was round the corner so we got snacks/breakfast there on busy days. Would definetly stay again...
