We booked this hotel because it does have a great location near the city center where you can visit the thermal baths and museums within walking distance. A plus to give it is there is a grocery store called Aldi right next-door where beer and wine and snacks and more are available. Lovely hotel - room was ready before 3 as soon as we got there - room was clean and very spacious - we had the deluxe and ended up with a small balcony which was lovely. Great location - within walking distance for most things (not the baths / zoo) Lovely staff too....

Great location close to public transport. Room was clean and spacious with great bathroom facilities. Staff always pleasant and have a locked room to store bags.
We were on the side which didnt face the road so no noise (not even from other hotel guests).

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of a work leisure trip for 10+ people. All in all the stay was good. Upon arriving the reception staff were helpful and did a quick check-in. The place seemed to be clean and in general didn't find any problems with cleanliness through out.
