3 night stay paid upfront in full. Hotel in good location and the room was adequate and clean. However, my initial room (403) was directly next to a noisy elevator shaft, and all night it sounded like someone opening and loudly closing a door as other guests were using the elevator on all floors.

The location couldn't be better! Very lively area. Staff were super polite and friendly, the breakfast had a lot of options and very good indeed! Room was very clean and comfortable and had a great night's sleep! They have a room especially for holding luggage should you arrive early or need to leave later in the day after check-out....

Stayed in a twin room. Excellent location for sightseeing. Clean and friendly room serviced each day. Really helpful staff breakfast had suitable varied selection. Windows opened no problem. Air conditioning was cool enough for this time of year although there is a restriction on the lowest temperature it will go but this is something I have experienced before in other hotels. We couldn't fault this hotel! We had a 2 bed suite and it was gorgeous! The decor was modern and clean. The breakfast was really lovely and varied selection of buffet food and all staff were lovely. Good coffee with gluten free bread available. The location was perfect too. We had a lovely gesture for my partners birthday which was a suprise.
The domestics were brilliant at their job and our room was serviced daily....

Beautiful room, very modern. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and selection of pillows available to suit if necessary.
Tea and coffee provided in the room with a small kettle, but no milk provided. There are local shops nearby where you can get a small bottle to keep in the small fridge in the room. LIDL preferably. The room was a bit warm at night as the air conditioning is not active at this time of year, b...
