DO NOT BOOK - Photos do not resemble rooms

We booked a standard double room, which appeared to be a good size for two people based on the photos advertised on Love Holidays. However, upon arrival, the room was significantly smaller, cramped, and did not resemble the images shown online. The bed was also much smaller than expected.
Due to how small the room is, we feel claustrophobic, and there is not enough storage space for our suitcases and personal belong...

The standard double room was not at all what is shown. They are tiny box rooms with no room to move. A small double bed, all pictures are extremely miss leading and very unhelpful reception staff when asking for help. Over priced and underwhelming....

We stayed here for a week in October. The hotel is ideally located being a stones throw from the Basilica and central to most sights. The rooms were lovely with a spacious bathroom,comfy beds and well decorated. The only complaint was the rooms were warm, but that's not really a complaint. Great central location, lovely room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I very much appreciated the unexpected champagne and chocolates left in our room when they discovered i was celebrating my 60th birthday. I highly recommend a stay here....
