Great experience in Budapest.

We stayed here prior to a river cruise, November 22-24, 2025. We booked directly with the hotel and selected a Signature Design Room. It was a bit smaller that anticipated but it was very nicely decorated and easy to get to on the first floor. The hotel was centrally located near the Basilica and most everything else.
The staff was great and very friendly especially the front desk staff. I wish I could remember...

Super location five minutes walk from the basilica. My room was beautiful, quiet and clean, with a window overlooking Andrassy út. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast featured everything from oatmeal to mimosas and smoked salmon. Mátyás and the rest of the staff were all very friendly, efficient and service minded. Situated in a great location, close to bars, restaurants & Christmas markets.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful & welcoming.
So nice to have access to a warm drink & often cake too in the lobby. ( the mulled wine should have a sighn when not in use)
Bags are able to be locked away if you arrive early as we did.

This hotel is very beautiful and located within walking distance of St. Stephen's Cathedral, shopping, the Opera house and numerous bus, trolley and subway stops! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with so many options available. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!...

We had wonderful stay. Entrance and atrium is stunning, staff are fantastic and our room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There was an excellent choice at breakfast and having free hot drinks in the atrium was a nice touch - we particularly enjoyed the mulled wine and biscuits in the afternoon....
