We stayed here for four days with friends. This charming hotel is in a quite city centre street, but central to St Steven's Basilica and the Jewish Synagogue. Our room was comfortable and clean with a powerful shower. There was tea/coffee and kettle in the room.
The staff were pleasant in the breakfast area and staff in the reception area were helpful.

This hotel is such good value for money especially as its 4 stars and the location of it is fabulous!
you can walk to the centre of Budapest from here in about 15-20 mins and there are so many amazing amenities around the hotel itself such as a Tesco and a SPAR and there are bars and restaurants nearby too. Theres an art gallery in the hotel for you to view and its next door to the Hungarian national museum. The ...

Shower is a tiny cubicle hot but no power
Hairdryer attached to bathroom wall and extremely weak
Woken 4.30am every morning by noise from laundry delivery to hotel
Mini fridge did not work and the fridge light flashed on/off all night
Breakfast poor quality orange juice so weak like water

There is extensive construction work going on next door to the hotel which starts up at 6am every single day. The hotel is surrounded by university buildings so in the evening you get university students yelling in the streets. Our air conditioning didnt work so we had to have our window open but obviously this we very loud due to the construction work and students so spent most of the time being too hot. The room i...

Welcome was positive. Had stated on the booking that it was a 50th birthday but no mention or welcome note even in the room. We were allocated room 001, which was of a good size. The shower pointed only in crazy directions, but otherwise, it was fine. However, it is close to the bar and reception area and although the bar closed at 10pm, we were woken at 4am on the first night and 1am on the last night by guests sitt...
