Everything you could want in a hotel. Greeted by friendly reception team, quickly checked in, the first impressions were excellent.
The hotel is perfectly placed within Budapest and it has a sense of grandeur. Everywhere is absolutely spotless and the rooms are a good size, very comfortable and quiet.
The included breakfast is the usual buffet and again is of a very good standard and variety.

Positives.
Staff excellent all around, very friendly and informative.
Communal areas were really nice.
Nice touches ie booking restaurants for you and recommending trips.
Prices in bar and mini bar very reasonable.
Negatives.
Breakfast was truly dreadful. Overcooked eggs, bacon and hash browns.
Toaster took forever to cook the toast.
No fresh juices or English Breakfast teas.
No fresh fruit.

Came as group of 3 couples . Good start as arrived early but as our rooms available could check in at midday .
Room , clean and well equipped . Nice hot shower, kettle and fridge so great for our own tea bags from home ! Comfy bed . Nice smiley housekeeping maid .
Overlooked building site , but no noise and fascinating how many cars and vans they got into the little car park !

Stayed here for 4 nights. Cant fault this hotel one bit. Good selection for breakfast. Staff are very nice and knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble. Room on 8th floor was nice. Very clean throughout and the location is superb. The spa is a great addition too and really nice after a long day of exploring. Wayne P...

This hotel was fabulous. The staff attentive and kind. The rooms clean and smart, and well kept by housekeeping. The restaurant manager sent a plate of food to my room when I was unwell. So thoughtful. Really well located and central to everything. 10/10...
