Nice hotel but needs renovation
Travelled on 12/2025
We stayed for three nights in December as apart of our Christmas market trip to Budapest
Some of the good points of this hotel :

Booked this to visit the Xmas markets in Budapest. Wry central Location just opposite the Buda castle. The hotel staff were overly helpful And the concierge managed to get us Tickets to La Boheme even though it was sold out. Breakfasts were a treat and the bar was lovely. Would stay again...

Intercontinental Budapest
Travelled on 12/2025
Arrived for a weekend visit.
Had been allocated room 438 which was a twin room and they were pushing the beds together as we arrived in the room.
On going to bed realised could only access the bed from 1 side and that the bedside table was only at 1 side so not that convenient!
The room was smaller than expected, the bathroom smaller than expected. Used the spa facilities but the steam room was closed whilst we were ...
