Lovely hotel with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, attentive and very helpful. The room was large very nicely decorated and lived up to our expectations. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and kept us going all day, we also had an evening meal one of the nights which was exceptional. the hotel was cosy and clean, with a fantastic bistro restaurant. receptionist and service was very friendly and helpful. very good location next to Fishermans bastion and Mathias church....

From helping me schedule a late-night transfer from the airport to Maison Bistro and Hotel to giving me spot-on recommendations for dinner on premises, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. This hotel deserves 5 + stars although I am tempted to give it a low rating so that this lovely small hotel is not always sold out.
Staff is patient kind professional and outstanding in both the hotel and bistro.
I was in a beautifully appointed room opening to a courtyard. Each room is individually designed keeping many of the details of the original architecture.
