The location, staff, food and the hotel itself are all amazing. Located in the Buda Castle area - a fabulous spot - easy access to the Matthias church, Fishermans Bastion and a short walk down to the Chain Bridge and Parliament Houses. If youre 65 or over free bus trips back up to the castle district.
The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

Location perfect in Buda Castle district. Public transport right opposite hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff were very helpfull even providing a breakfast take away on morning of leaving as we were leaving before breakfast service. Breakfast provided by hotel was fab. We would definatley stay here again. We took the 100e from airport to Derc Frenk then 16 to hotel....

What a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location in Budapest. All staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel rooms are clean, warm, very comfortable and beautifully decorated.
