This is a delightful hotel in a really useful location for exploring Budapest. Staff are incredibly helpful pointing us in the direction of all our requests, even locating the on maps. Breakfast is a good variety and tasty. Rooms are comfortable (even the sofa bed) and plush. The only issue is that care needs to be taken having a shower as the bathroom can become very wet. A difficult one to summarise quickly. Those familiar with English expressions will understand that it was like the curates egg - good in parts.
The accommodation was ample and comfortable, but that is the only positive. It may have been a one off but the day I arrived there was no bar, no restaurant, no bistro. I was there for 5 nights so eventually got to experience both. I wish I had not bothered. The bistro wa...

This hotel is perfectly positioned and the rooms were a lovely size. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nice and modern with good showers.
The receptionists friendly and helpful and a lot of choice with the breakfast and absolutely beautiful hot chocolate! The ambiance was lovely and the decor just perfect.
The down side or sides to be improved on:
The pillows were flat and one very tiny.
