Staff went above and beyond we had a dredful experiance getting there.Stella and her team were super professional but epathetic also full marks thank you.Breakfast room team were 5 star also. Wellbeing centre of the hotel was a great experience and we needed the recharge it gave us. Our room was spacious & clean. Shower a bit tight. Overal couldn't recommend the staff and the hotel highly enough....

High quality serviced apartment. Large walk in shower, with products and lots of towels. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows and duvets. The apartment was very warm & clean - nice gift of note pad & pencil for trip planning. Kitchenette had wide range of utensils & facilities. The staff were always so friendly and helpful- they even let us use a brolly on a rainy day. Always happy to help. Caught the 1...

Hotel staff lovely, hotel situated in a quiet area with plenty eateries around one being the Harry Potter cafe Witcher ? We stayed in the apartments across the street which were fab fridge & cooking facilities , down side had to cross over for brekkie so wrapped up as although 1 min walk very cold. The breakfast was great choice galore and staff chatty...

Great hotel in a really good location, close to the Opera House, Ferris Wheel, the Basillica and many other attractions.
We arrived mid morning and were greeted by a friendly reception team who quickly checked us into our room. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have a small kitchen area with fridge, coffee machine, microwave, hob and all the crockery and utensils you could need.

Stayed with my 2 daughters in one of the apartments which was perfect. Very comfy beds & spotlessly clean. Excellent location to see this beautiful city.
