We had stayed in this wonderful hotel a lot longer than anticipated due to my mother taking a fall in the street and fracturing her hip. A very stressful time for us both, however because of the kindness and warmth shown to me by the staff ( especially the reception staff) Baliant, Timi, Anna amongst others made my difficult situation more manageable. We have had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel, every one has been so welcoming and friendly.
The rooms are immaculate.
The hotel is in a very central position and found it very easy to get around from it .
Breakfast is fresh lovely food read to set you up for the day .
Lastly it was my husbands birthday today and we came back to a box of chocolates and congratulations from the hotel , we didnt say anything ...

Very clean, great location for exploring Budapest but lacking some of the things Id expect from a 4* hotel. The coffee maker was just a kettle with sachets and tea bags and there was just a cheap shower gel attached to the wall in the shower (no shampoo or conditioner). We stayed here in late October fir a five day city break with our two daughters (10 & 12).
The accommodation was great, a two bed apartment with a kitchenette. It was spotlessly clean, and we were really comfortable there.
Breakfast was a selection of continental, cold meats, eggs, cheeses, bread and various other bits, and we were very happy with that. The staff were extra helpful and professional.

We stayed at Opera Garden Hotel & Apartments and had a comfortable and pleasant experience overall.
We took a 30‐minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel.
