Just returned after 4 day trip.
Hotel is first class, elegant, clean, professional and well placed in the city for everything. Rooms clean, tidy, v. comfy and fully equipped.
Staff are exemplary and attentive regardless of where you are in the hotel or what you want;
Special mention to Máté on reception and restaurant manager, Shomee (apologies for the spelling) who were truly helpful.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of all sightseeing spots, shops, bars & restaurant.
Would 100% recommend this hotel everything about it was luxurious spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We were upgraded to suite which was lovely.
Staff were very friendly and helpful....

Even before arriving at this stunning hotel the level of service was outstanding. I had made the hotel aware we were travelling to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary, they arranged a car to collect and return us to the airport and then on check in we were treated to a room upgrade to a beautiful suite (room 607) on the upper floor and the furthest from the lifts (an early request when making the booking direct w...

The best hotel I have stayed in for service, all staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The hotel was beyond my expectations and the small touches they done, made such a difference, from leaving chocolates daily, to handing out umbrellas to use during bad weather. Beds were very comfortable, room relaxing. Breakfast was great variety and very tasty. Would recommend and definitely stay again....

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, fab location, amazing staff. Breakfast was great. Literally a two min walk to the bars and restaurants in district 5, 1 minute to the chain bridge and a short walk to the parliament building.
This is a good location if you prefer to be nearer nice chilled bars and restaurants and is walkable to the lively area of district 7.
