Location excellent. Literally behind the opera house. Nice and quiet street and very close to high end shopping and normal shops. All major sights are a few minutes walk from hotel. Lots of places to eat. And couple minutes walk to theater district. The service is great. I only dealt with one person. The bed very comfortable and my room nice with the view of the back of the opera house. Best coffee machine in r...

I spent two nights at this beautiful and fabulous hotel. All services are satisfactory. The staff are simply professional and guest-oriented. I would like to highlight the reception in particular. All my requests and questions were answered immediately and I received assistance. I can only recommend it....

Average hotel with an average view

We are staying in room 1201 for 3 nights and the Hotel entrance is quite good during Christmas time. Room has a very average view. A written welcome message from the staff was there which was a good touch. Brownie served with it was not good in taste at all. Very dry.
2 points cut for the housekeeping staff.
Housekeeping came to clean the room, the bed was made but left everything out. Cutleries from last night did...

The front desk team was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay, offering places to see and events to visit. The lobby was cosy and spotless. My room was perfectly clean, bed and pillows amazingly comfy - one of the best sleeps Ive had. Plus, its a short walk from the Christmas markets....

This place is very central in Budapest , perfect for sightseeing. We had a room with jacuzzi and balcony , it was amazing.Very clean and polite and helpful customer service. Brand new restaurant with delicious food, you must try!! Thank you!🩷...
