We stayed for four nights in this hotel. The location is good next to the Cannes railway station - however, we arrived late round 21hrs we found it difficult to find the underpass to the hotel and ended up walking a long way before getting to the other side of the main road. It wasnt clear at the station where the underpass was. The rooms were good with enough room for luggage and quiet. Sometimes from the corridor ...

Well appointed hotel in great location!

Nice budget hotel in great condition and very good location walkable to city centre in 5-10 minutes. Close to trains, buses, etc and next to the shopping district. Hotel has a rooftop pool with great views. Rooms are well appointed with good TV channels and comfortable beds and furnishings. Staff were always helpful and friendly. A+++++...

Aircond nt working. Heater not able to adjust to lower temperature. No brush n toothpaste including drinking water.

Nice little hotel near to the train station

Stayed here with my adult daughter for a long weekend and had a good time. Room was smaller than I had anticipated, plus I had not organised twin beds (my mistake), however, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the room was very quiet with no noise disturbance whatsoever. The Best Western Plus Cannnes not aesthetically pleasing location, as uts directly opposit train station. a few steps/underpass to reach station and town centre, which is clean , well lit and extremely safe. The Promenade is super nice lined with expensive shops, restaurants ,beach etc The old town is a must. Our room was clean and modern to an extent.
