Beautiful hotel located just a couple of minutes from the beach and the center.
The staff is very helpful and attentive to every customer need. It was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very happy....

The stay started with a room that was not properly cleaned (there was hair and hair in the bathtub). The television is not Smart, so forget about streaming your Netflix on TV. The room is mediocre. Breakfast is in the norm, aimed mostly at catering to an international clientele (scrambled eggs and sausage pops). This was my second stay at hotel Cristal over the last years . The first time i ignored few negative aspects of the hotel . I had a superior room ,the balcony was so small that i could hardly step into . The wc room has an old fashion layout and not modern . But the most disturbing issue is the behaviour of the reception staff !!
They never said hello or goodbye to me , was the one who did say to them

Location was excellent for beaches , restaurants and centre.
Staff were all very helpful - room was spacious and clean .Breakfast was good...
