Wonderful stay in Cannes, well equipped hotel

We stayed at Eden hotel and Spa for 4 nights in a Privilege Room for families. The hotel was welcoming, we were allowed to leave our luggage early before check in as our flight from Nice was early. We had a mini tour of the property with Polina then went for lunch. We had to make a £100 refunable deposit. Breakfast was plentiful daily, housekeeping staff were brilliant. Room was well stocked. Very good hotel, very good servicies, nothing to really complaint about, good breakfast. On the negative side, they blocked the cost for few nights as a collateral for the stay, beside the already payied money....

Dint stay here! Internet WiFi didnt work. Got charged 1000 dollars one night until only d out that it said was connected and wasnt. Only 1 outlet worked, ac wasnt working, I got locked in the bathroom 3 hours, and there was no o e to help with the issues...
