Got trapped in the lift

Was trapped in the hotel lift for 40 minutes. When I complained to the manager on duty, she did not want to even listen and was very dismissive about it. Basically said that it's not the hotel's problem if guests get trapped in the lift. Something to be aware of if you are claustrophobic or if you would have difficulty standing in a tiny lift for a longer period of time. She said she would refer my complaint to the g...

Great location and nice hotel, tidy and clean. Walking distance to the beach clubs and harbour. Pool facilities also warm and clean, would definitely stay here again. ...

A homely hotel that was close to the beach and other places in Cannes. The heated pools were great. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. It was easy to walk everywhere, for example the train station....

Neho Suites is a pleasure to stay in, great room, too small for a family of 4 but we managed. The room was kept clean and serviced everyday that we were there.
