Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
We had upgraded our stay to the Junior suite with balcony & pool view which was of excellent value for money. The hotel location was ideal and only a 10 minute walk to the sea front or alternatively the shopping area with the train station only a 20 minute walk at most. Will stay there again on our next trip to Cannes. ...

Overall good but the details matter and they lack

Generally comfortable and nice room. Was a good place for the business conference I was attending. But minor details were missed: a welcome card with someone else's name as well as a coffee machine but with only 1 capsule but a lot of sugar - feels cheep to only give one coffee capsule :-) ...

good location, but poor services !
room has no telephone set !! can not communicate with reception from the room !! i have to walk down to reception for any help or assistance.
rooms has no soundproof. my room was on 5th floor and still can hear street noisy and also hear clearly guests staying in room next to me.
electric fire alarm keeps alarming till disturbing my sleep !

Our accommodation while quite small for a family of four was very pleasant. Housekeeping made sure that we had plenty of clean fresh towels on a daily basis, and a clean and tidy room. Though on most days tea and coffee wasn't put in the room but when we asked reception they kindly stepped in and gave us some. Otherwise it was very pleasant, friendly staff on the reception. Pleasant quiet aparthotel. Perfect location...

My husband booked this trip to Cannes for my 40th Birthday, our stay was comfortable and the staff were all lovely, room was very clean and cleaned every day even though we were only there for 3 nights. ...
