Hopeful but unfortunately disappointed

Hi everyone!
We booked the Park, Sleep & Fly arrangement at Hey Lou. After returning from our vacation, our flight landed at 19:00, so we decided to book a hotel room to rest from our long journey and drive home to the Netherlands the next morning.
Check-in was easy and quick, within five minutes we were in our room.

A modern hotel in a beautiful location

When approaching the hotel we were a little confused as to where to go for parking. We eventually found the car park located at the back of the building. It would have been helpful when booking, if the hotel sent instructions to park on level 3 & 4.

Lack of basic safety features

I am currently traveling on business as a woman by myself. Someone just tried to enter my room at nearly 10:30 PM. Fortunately I had the deadbolt set, but it made me realize that there is no interior latch or chain on the door, and no peephole so I cannot even look to see if there is someone standing outside. Also, no phone in the room and no information about how to contact staff in case of emergency.

Nice and clean hotel , amazing breakfast with halal food , finally we got a hotel that serve halal food , and the staff was helpful with our needs the only disadvantage was the blanket for the king bed , it was 2 small blanket instead of one big blanket , and they said that its not available on this day. But overall it was a nice experience and I recommend this hotel ...

Good stay!

The reception was closed when we arrived. The reception employee was super helpful. She gave me good instructions to find the card for the room, it worked out perfectly. When they miss youre phonecall, they call you back. So that is nice....
