The hotel is very convenient for CGN Airport. It is within very easy walking distance. If you stay in the hotel overnight you will likely have a good night's sleep.
However if you work Nightshift at the airport then sleeping during the day is hit and miss. There is often building work going on at the hotel. Today I went to bed at 7am and by 11am I was woken by the sound of a jack hammer being used next door. This ha...

Stayed here over a weekend while visiting Christmas markets. On the plus side the hotel is located close to the city centre and right by the airport. Staff are friendly and efficient. The room was quite large and spacious which we loved and was well maintained.
On the negative side the shower drain was a bit backed up which caused water to run out the shower. Also breakfast was not that great. Also 15 Euro per day f...

This is an airport hotel - nothing luxurious. But it was exactly what I needed as it was close to the office I was working in for the week.
And, it was fantastic, mostly due to the people. Everyone, from the shuttle drivers to the waiters (Marcel and Chandra), receptionists to the maids, were professional and friendly.

What a beautiful set of people work here, some of the nicest people we have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble, we had omelettes cooked for us and bacon when they had it! Hubbie & son was very happy. We stayed for 2 weeks during the Euro 2024 and had 2 of the best weeks holiday we have had. Very disappointed. Emailed asking for details of courtesy bus. No response for 7 hours by which time we had got wet through walking there. No tea in the room. When asked for some was told black tea was only for breakfast. Although we did get some. The room was generally ok. A bit dark and gloomy and not helped by one of the lamps having a missing bulb.
