Rooms relatively ok. There was ongoing renovation so they will become better. The temperature of the room was cold.
Easy walking access from the airport and there is also a shuttle service.
The breakfast was very good.
Bear in mind that, if the hotel says check in at 15:00 hours, they dont let you in one minute earlier...

Magnificent Hotel

I made the decision to stay in this hotel as we arrived late in the evening. It was an excellent decision from the offset.
From the shuttle bus driver to and from the airport to the reception and housekeeping staff, everybody was very friendly. The receptionist when we checked in realized that my wife was hungry but there was no food available at the restaurant. She offered a few free snacks.

I chose this hotel as I usually like the brand Leonardo Royal however, this is not a patch on the their other Royal hotels.
The room.
Overall cleanliness was to a good standard. There was a free to use safe, a mini fridge, coffee machine and pods- no kettle -no tea, no cookies -that you usually get in their other Royal Hotels.
There was a complimentary bottle of water.
There was only shower gel/ soap- no bod...

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by its beautiful design and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was incredibly tasty, offering a great variety of high-quality options. The bar also stood out, serving excellent drinks in a pleasant atmosphere.
However, our experience was impacted by some administrative issues. Upon arrival, we were informed that our booking had been canceled, which was never the case...

Smart hotel, comfy quiet rooms, great bar and restaurant

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Cologne Bonn Airport is a clean, smart hotel, with very comfortable rooms and mine was very quiet. Lots of choice of food and drinks from the bar and restaurant, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A big plus for me was the close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle bus. I'd definitely stay here again....
