Well maintained hotel, friendly and professional staff (personal thanks to reception manager Panu - if I spell the name corrcetly), very good brekfast, convenient open parking on site. Will be back....

Very aged Hotel- from the outside to the inside..

The staff are great in all areas. they give it their all. Its hard to leave a positive remark about this hotel as its run down, aged and needs an urgent upgrade. Starting from the outside, during day time, hotel looks like a Eastern European Government building from 1988. From the check in everything went smoothly. Amore was amazing, she made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond. The room was clean , and we had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. The breakfast had many options, which were all delicious. We also had dinner and lunch a couple of times , which also had tasty choices. Service was fast and friendly. The view from our room was amazing ...

Stayed here couple of times now, parking is good with a barrier. The lake behind is great. The rooms have a fridge and you can order room service to your room on the tablet. Good coffee machine. Breakfast is really good. Located not too far from a tram stop and not far from Koln FC stadium to make the game.
Corridors are dated and bathroom is a little. But for what ...

Convenient location (for our needs), easy access from/to the highway, close to public transport (tram, bus) for the center of the city (20min). Beautiful area near a small lake.
