The first place is a top location, a few steps from the center and almost directly on the waterfront. Great staff who helped me with the automated check-in, I already handled the check-out myself. I had a single room (but still spacious with a separate bathroom), unfortunately with windows facing the street. The room was hot, the heater was always on and the air conditioning was not working. We stayed here in December for 3 nights to visit the Christmas markets and city sights.
The hotel is well located for all markets and places of interest.
It is located in the riverside.
The room we were allocated was a large room with the view of the river, and yes the bathroom shower and sink was in the main room but we thought this was a quirky touch and it had privacy curtains to separate this from view of the mai...

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the Xmas markets and the location was really good. A 10-15 minute walk to the most central markets and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was on the snug side with a strange see through shower cubicle which you had to draw a curtain over for privacy! Otherwise, room was clean and the beds comfortable. Just got back from a 3 night stay at this hotel, the room we were allocated was on the top floor,there wasnt a number on the door. The room looked nice enough until we saw the bathroom area , it was all open plan with NO shower curtain , the toilet was separate but you had to come out to the sink to wash your hands also the sink had a crack in it and the plug didnt work properly.
