Impressive from the outside ... disappointed with the standards of cleanliness.

We leave tomorrow. The room hasn't been cleaned today. It's been a constant battle to get it cleaned and restocked since we arrived 5 days ago. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come back. It's not some cheap 2* hotel after all ........

We stayed here for two nights in early December as we visited the Christmas markets. The hotel is well located for the markets and the atrium was visibly impressive with Xmas decorations.
Sadly, our experience at the hotel just wasn't great - the staff at reception were painfully slow and unhelpful. We felt we were an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.

Not the most modern hotel, but friendly staff, spacious parking, clean rooms (despite a little outdated interior), and most importantly very central location....

I wasnt sure what to expect, as I had no prior knowledge of this hotel brand. Typically, I prefer to choose a well-known name, especially when visiting a city for the first time. However, the moment I stepped through the doors, all my doubts quickly disappeared.

Smelly room and no AC

The room smells and the AC, despite being very loud, most certainly does not work. Im only staying one night and Im miserable. Absolutely awful experience....
