I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!! The rooms are lovely and comfy. Really clean too. I love the idea of the free drink if you skip the room cleaningwe enjoyed a lovely drink at the bar and was a perfect way to unwind after a long day at the Xmas markets! Also, I have to mention how hard the staff work especially Lena Jolie who I could see had been so busy and was still so accommodating and friendly...

The staff and quality of service are below NH standards. Agonizing check-in delays (20 minutes for 2 check-ins when all my info was available through Booking), limited menu and no ingredients for a carbonara on a Friday night is a joke for a "luxury" restaurant.
