Excellent hotel with a beautiful lake

Beautiful place next to a lake with ducks so every day when you cross the bridge a different view. Fortunatelly it was sunny and hot so the air conditioner at the hotel was very good. The hotel is a little bit far from the center but a 15 min walk so not so far. There is a metro station 5 min walk . Lots of restaurants nearby and a complex with lots of cinemas. Staff was very welcoming, bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Food service was also great, very tasty and staff was always attentive and helpful. The free candies and sparkling water on the way in were also great :) Yes, it's a bit of a walk to downtown, but close to the metro if you dont' want to walk to old town....

We went to this hotel for my birthday and it definitely didn't disappoint.
Its a 10 min easy walk into the centre of Cologne and the Cathedral, so very handy to move around the city.
There's a few shops, pubs and supermarket within 5 mins so great to buy essentials.
The hotel itself was immaculate, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding.... There was the usual tea/coffee/Ham, Chees...

We were lucky to get a nice (upgraded) room on a FIBO weekend. It´s a modern Hotel, very clean, with friendly staff, tasty and healthy breakfast. The location of the hotel is nice for a walk, many restaurants in a walk-distance, many (underground) parking slots and close to the S-Bahn Station (only two stations to the Exhibition Hall)....

This Hotel was booked through a third party, apparently I could have saved money by going direct
